What it is used for
B vitamins help the body release energy from food and support the normal function of the nervous system.
How to take it
Take as directed on the label, usually with food and a glass of water. Do not take more than the recommended daily amount.
Cautions
It can turn urine bright yellow, which is harmless. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet or any medicine prescribed by your doctor. Check with our pharmacist before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medicines or have a medical condition.
