Cautions
Slimming, detox and laxative teas often contain senna; do not use them for long periods. Avoid herbal teas in pregnancy unless you know they are safe. Take only one pregnancy multivitamin at a time and do not add a separate vitamin A supplement. Check with your doctor or midwife which product suits your stage of pregnancy.
