What it is
NATUREBELL L-LYSINE WITH QUERCETIN, ZINC & VITAMIN C 1500MG X 240 is a vitamin C supplement. It also contains zinc, quercetin and L-lysine.
What it is used for
Vitamin C supports normal immune function, collagen formation for skin and gums, and iron absorption.
How to take it
Take as directed on the label, usually with food and a glass of water. Do not take more than the recommended daily amount.
Cautions
High doses can cause stomach upset or diarrhoea. People with kidney stones should check with a doctor before taking high doses. Take it with food to avoid nausea. Long-term high doses can lower copper levels. Keep it apart from some antibiotics. It can interact with some antibiotics and blood thinners; check with our pharmacist. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet or any medicine prescribed by your doctor.
