How to take it
Brew one tea bag in a cup of freshly boiled water for a few minutes, or as directed on the pack.
Cautions
Slimming, detox and laxative teas often contain senna; do not use them for long periods. Avoid herbal teas in pregnancy unless you know they are safe. It does not replace diabetes medicine.
