Yeast X 100 Tablets is a nutritional yeast supplement.
What it is used for
Brewer’s yeast is a natural source of B vitamins, protein and chromium.
How to take it
Take as directed on the label, usually with food and a glass of water. Do not take more than the recommended daily amount.
Cautions
Avoid if you have a yeast allergy or take MAOI antidepressants. Check with your doctor if you take diabetes medicine. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet or any medicine prescribed by your doctor.
