What it is
PipingRock B-Complex plus Vitamin C x 100 caplets is a supplement containing the B group vitamins. It also contains vitamin C.
What it is used for
B vitamins help the body release energy from food and support the normal function of the nervous system.
How to take it
Take as directed on the label, usually with food and a glass of water. Do not take more than the recommended daily amount.
Cautions
It can turn urine bright yellow, which is harmless. High doses can cause stomach upset or diarrhoea. People with kidney stones should check with a doctor before taking high doses. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet or any medicine prescribed by your doctor.
