What it is
JARROW FORMULAS ZINC BALANCE ZINC L-METHIONINE X 100 CAPSULES is a zinc supplement. It also contains amino acids (BCAAs).
What it is used for
Zinc supports normal immune function, skin, hair and nails, and fertility.
How to take it
Take as directed on the label, usually with food and a glass of water. Do not take more than the recommended daily amount.
Cautions
Take it with food to avoid nausea. Long-term high doses can lower copper levels. Keep it apart from some antibiotics. Use as directed on the pack. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet or any medicine prescribed by your doctor.
