What it is used for
Vitamin K2 is involved in normal blood clotting and bone health.
How to take it
Take as directed on the label, usually with food and a glass of water. Do not take more than the recommended daily amount.
Cautions
Do not take it if you use warfarin unless your doctor agrees. It can cause constipation. Keep it at least 2 hours apart from iron, thyroid tablets and some antibiotics. Check with a doctor if you have had kidney stones. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet or any medicine prescribed by your doctor.
