What it is
MASON ACTIVATED CHARCOAL X 60 CAPSULES is an activated charcoal supplement.
What it is used for
Activated charcoal is taken for occasional wind and bloating.
How to take it
Take as directed on the label, usually with food and a glass of water. Do not take more than the recommended daily amount.
Cautions
It can reduce absorption of medicines and the contraceptive pill; take it at least 2 hours apart from them. It can turn stools black. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet or any medicine prescribed by your doctor. Check with our pharmacist before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medicines or have a medical condition.
