What it is
Qunol Ultra Coq10 x 120 Softgels is a vitamin C supplement. It also contains coenzyme Q10.
What it is used for
Vitamin C supports normal immune function, collagen formation for skin and gums, and iron absorption.
How to take it
Take as directed on the label, usually with food and a glass of water. Do not take more than the recommended daily amount.
Cautions
High doses can cause stomach upset or diarrhoea. People with kidney stones should check with a doctor before taking high doses. It may reduce the effect of warfarin; tell your doctor if you take blood thinners or blood pressure medicines. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet or any medicine prescribed by your doctor.
