What it is used for
TMG supports normal homocysteine metabolism and is sometimes taken with NMN.
How to take it
Take as directed on the label, usually with food and a glass of water. Do not take more than the recommended daily amount.
Cautions
It is generally well tolerated; betaine HCl forms are for digestion and are not suitable with stomach ulcers. Not suitable if you have a stomach ulcer or pancreatitis unless advised by a doctor. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet or any medicine prescribed by your doctor.
