Glenmark Imiquimod Cream 5% is a prescription topical immune response modifier used to treat actinic keratosis, superficial basal cell carcinoma, and external genital/perianal warts. It works by stimulating the body’s immune system to destroy virus-infected or abnormal skin cells. The cream is typically applied 3 times per week, generally at bedtime, and left on for 6 to 10 hours.Â
