What it is used for
It is used to remove excess fluid in heart failure, kidney and liver disease, and for swelling.
How to use it
Take it exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Do not change the dose or stop early without medical advice.
Cautions
It makes you pass a lot of urine, so take it in the morning. It can cause dehydration and low potassium. Tell our pharmacist about any other medicines you take, and if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
