How to take it
Brew one tea bag in a cup of freshly boiled water for a few minutes, or as directed on the pack.
Cautions
Slimming, detox and laxative teas often contain senna; do not use them for long periods. Avoid herbal teas in pregnancy unless you know they are safe. Glucosamine is often made from shellfish; avoid it if you have a shellfish allergy. Check with your doctor if you take warfarin or have diabetes.
