What it is
Mrm Vitamin D3 & K2x 60 Capsules is a vitamin D3 and K2 supplement.
What it is used for
Vitamin D3 supports calcium absorption, bones, muscles and immune function; vitamin K2 is involved in normal bone health.
How to take it
Take as directed on the label, usually with food and a glass of water. Do not take more than the recommended daily amount.
Cautions
Do not take it if you use warfarin unless your doctor agrees, because vitamin K affects clotting. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet or any medicine prescribed by your doctor. Check with our pharmacist before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medicines or have a medical condition.
