What it is
NATUREBELL COQ10 400MG WITH OMEGA 3 FATTY ACID X 240 is an omega-3 fish oil supplement. It also contains coenzyme Q10.
What it is used for
Omega-3 fats (EPA and DHA) support normal heart function, brain and eye health.
How to take it
Take as directed on the label, usually with food and a glass of water. Do not take more than the recommended daily amount.
Cautions
It can cause a fishy aftertaste; taking it with meals helps. Check with your doctor if you take blood thinners or are having surgery. It may reduce the effect of warfarin; tell your doctor if you take blood thinners or blood pressure medicines.
