What it is
Teva Warfarin 5Mg x 28 Tablets contains warfarin, an anticoagulant (blood thinner).
What it is used for
It is used to prevent and treat blood clots, including in atrial fibrillation and after heart valve replacement.
How to use it
Take it exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Do not change the dose or stop early without medical advice.
Cautions
Regular INR blood tests are needed. Many medicines, herbal products and foods affect it, so always check with your pharmacist first. Watch for unusual bleeding. Tell our pharmacist about any other medicines you take, and if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
