What it is
VITABIOTICS ULTRA FOLIC ACID 400MG WITH VITAMIN B1 is a folic acid supplement. It also contains vitamin B1 (thiamine).
What it is used for
Folate supports normal blood formation and is recommended before and in early pregnancy to support the baby’s development.
How to take it
Take as directed on the label, usually with food and a glass of water. Do not take more than the recommended daily amount.
