How to take it
Take as directed on the label, usually with food and a glass of water. Do not take more than the recommended daily amount.
Cautions
Give only the dose for your child’s age shown on the pack. Keep all supplements out of reach of children, especially any containing iron. Do not take more than the stated dose; high doses over long periods can raise calcium levels. Ask your doctor if you have kidney disease or take other vitamin D products. It can cause constipation. Keep it at least 2 hours apart from iron, thyroid tablets and some antibiotics. Check with a doctor if you have had kidney stones. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet or any medicine prescribed by your doctor.
