What it is
Osteogain combines calcium, vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 (as MK-7) in one tablet, with 30 tablets per pack.
Why people take it
Calcium is needed for strong bones and teeth. Vitamin D3 helps the body absorb calcium, and vitamin K2 helps direct calcium into bone. The combination is often used by older adults and women after menopause.
How to take it

Cautions
Vitamin K can affect warfarin and similar blood thinners, so speak to your doctor first if you take one. Also check with your pharmacist if you have kidney stones or kidney disease, or already take calcium or vitamin D.
