What it is
BoneFlex (Glucosamine/ Omega3) x 10 Softgels is an omega-3 fish oil supplement. It also contains glucosamine and joint support.
What it is used for
Omega-3 fats (EPA and DHA) support normal heart function, brain and eye health.
How to take it
Take as directed on the label, usually with food and a glass of water. Do not take more than the recommended daily amount.
Cautions
It can cause a fishy aftertaste; taking it with meals helps. Check with your doctor if you take blood thinners or are having surgery. Glucosamine is often made from shellfish; avoid it if you have a shellfish allergy. Check with your doctor if you take warfarin or have diabetes. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet or any medicine prescribed by your doctor.
