What it is
CLEAN NUTRACEUTICALS FERTILIFORCE MYO INOSITOL VITEX COMBO X 120 CAPS is an inositol supplement. It also contains vitex (chasteberry).
What it is used for
Myo-inositol is taken to support hormonal balance and egg quality, especially in women with PCOS.
How to take it
Take as directed on the label, usually with food and a glass of water. Do not take more than the recommended daily amount.
Cautions
It is generally well tolerated; mild stomach upset can occur at high doses. Do not use with hormonal contraception or fertility treatment unless advised. Avoid in pregnancy. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet or any medicine prescribed by your doctor.
