It is used to lower cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke.
How to use it
Take it exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Do not change the dose or stop early without medical advice.
Cautions
Usually taken in the evening. Avoid grapefruit juice. Report unexplained muscle pain. Not for use in pregnancy. Tell our pharmacist about any other medicines you take, and if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
