What it is
CUPA EVENING PRIMROSE OIL OMEGA 3 X 100 CAPS is an omega-3 fish oil supplement. It also contains evening primrose oil.
What it is used for
Omega-3 fats (EPA and DHA) support normal heart function, brain and eye health.
How to take it
Take as directed on the label, usually with food and a glass of water. Do not take more than the recommended daily amount.
Cautions
It can cause a fishy aftertaste; taking it with meals helps. Check with your doctor if you take blood thinners or are having surgery. Check with your doctor if you have epilepsy or take blood thinners. Not recommended in pregnancy unless advised. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet or any medicine prescribed by your doctor.
