What it is
Dgf Biocoten Cream 20G contains dexamethasone, clotrimazole and gentamicin, a steroid, antifungal and antibiotic skin cream.
What it is used for
It is used for inflamed skin conditions where there is also a fungal or bacterial infection, such as infected eczema or fungal rashes with inflammation.
How to use it
Apply it to the affected area as prescribed by your doctor. For external use only. Wash your hands after use unless your hands are being treated.
Cautions
Use it for the shortest time possible, usually no more than 2 weeks, and not on the face unless a doctor advises it. Do not use it for skin lightening or on acne. Steroid creams can thin the skin with long use. Ask our pharmacist before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or before using it on a young child.
