DOUBLE WOOD VITAMIN C CHEWABLE WITH ZINC VITAMIN D BLACK ELDERBERRY X 300 is a vitamin C supplement. It also contains vitamin D3, zinc and elderberry.

What it is used for

Vitamin C supports normal immune function, collagen formation for skin and gums, and iron absorption.

How to take it

Chew or let it dissolve in the mouth as directed on the pack.

Cautions

High doses can cause stomach upset or diarrhoea. People with kidney stones should check with a doctor before taking high doses. Do not take more than the stated dose; high doses over long periods can raise calcium levels. Ask your doctor if you have kidney disease or take other vitamin D products. Take it with food to avoid nausea. Long-term high doses can lower copper levels. Keep it apart from some antibiotics. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet or any medicine prescribed by your doctor.
