Description
What it is
Epsom Salt is magnesium sulphate (Epsom salt).
What it is used for
It is added to bath water to soak tired, aching muscles and feet. It is also used as a laxative on medical advice.
How to use it
For a bath, dissolve it in warm water as directed on the pack.
Cautions
Take it by mouth only as directed on the pack or by a pharmacist; too much can cause severe diarrhoea and is dangerous for people with kidney problems. Not for children by mouth unless a doctor advises it.
