Probiotics are taken to support a healthy balance of gut bacteria, including during and after antibiotics.
How to take it
Take as directed on the label, usually with food and a glass of water. Do not take more than the recommended daily amount.
Cautions
People with a weakened immune system should check with a doctor first. Mild bloating can occur in the first few days.
