How to take it
Take as directed on the label, usually with food and a glass of water. Do not take more than the recommended daily amount.
Cautions
Do not use it if you have kidney disease or take blood pressure medicines that raise potassium (such as lisinopril, losartan or spironolactone) unless your doctor agrees. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet or any medicine prescribed by your doctor.
