What it is
OPTIMOL EYE DROP 5ML is a glaucoma eye drop.
What it is used for
It lowers pressure inside the eye in glaucoma or ocular hypertension.
How to use it
Use it as prescribed by your doctor. Wash your hands first, do not let the dropper tip touch your eye, and remove contact lenses unless told otherwise.
Cautions
Use it every day exactly as prescribed, even when your eyes feel fine. Beta-blocker drops such as timolol or betaxolol can affect breathing and heart rate, so tell your doctor if you have asthma, COPD or heart problems. Ask our pharmacist before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or before using it on a young child.
