What it is used for
Zinc supports normal immune function, skin, hair and nails, and fertility.
How to take it
Take as directed on the label, usually with food and a glass of water. Do not take more than the recommended daily amount.
Cautions
Take it with food to avoid nausea. Long-term high doses can lower copper levels. Keep it apart from some antibiotics. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet or any medicine prescribed by your doctor.
