What it is
Iron Dex x 10 Capsules is an iron and blood-building supplement.
What it is used for
It is taken to support normal red blood cell formation and to help people who do not get enough iron from their diet.
How to take it
Take as directed on the label, usually with food and a glass of water. Do not take more than the recommended daily amount.
Cautions
It can cause dark stools, constipation or stomach upset; taking it with food helps. Keep it well out of reach of children, as iron overdose is dangerous. Tea and coffee reduce absorption. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet or any medicine prescribed by your doctor. Check with our pharmacist before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medicines or have a medical condition.
