How to take it
Take as directed on the label, usually with food and a glass of water. Do not take more than the recommended daily amount.
Cautions
It can reduce absorption of medicines and the contraceptive pill; take it at least 2 hours apart from them. It can turn stools black. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet or any medicine prescribed by your doctor.
