What it is used for
Cod liver oil provides omega-3 fats (EPA and DHA) plus vitamins A and D, which support heart, brain, joints and bones.
How to take it
Chew or let it dissolve in the mouth as directed on the pack.
Cautions
It contains vitamin A, so pregnant women should not take it unless advised and should not combine it with other vitamin A products. Check with your doctor if you take blood thinners. Give only the dose for your child’s age shown on the pack, and keep it out of reach of children. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet or any medicine prescribed by your doctor.
