Brew one tea bag in a cup of freshly boiled water for a few minutes, or as directed on the pack.
Cautions
Slimming, detox and laxative teas often contain senna; do not use them for long periods. Avoid herbal teas in pregnancy unless you know they are safe. Some weight-loss products contain stimulants such as caffeine. Do not use if you have heart problems, high blood pressure, anxiety or are pregnant. Garcinia has been linked to rare liver problems.
