Monomin with Cod Liver Oil x 10 Capsules is a cod liver oil supplement.
What it is used for
Cod liver oil provides omega-3 fats (EPA and DHA) plus vitamins A and D, which support heart, brain, joints and bones.
How to take it
Take as directed on the label, usually with food and a glass of water. Do not take more than the recommended daily amount.
Cautions
It contains vitamin A, so pregnant women should not take it unless advised and should not combine it with other vitamin A products. Check with your doctor if you take blood thinners. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet or any medicine prescribed by your doctor.
