Multinorm Magnesium 240Mg with Vitamin E x 14 Tablets is a vitamin E supplement. It also contains magnesium.
What it is used for
Vitamin E is an antioxidant that helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
How to take it
Take as directed on the label, usually with food and a glass of water. Do not take more than the recommended daily amount.
Cautions
High doses may increase bleeding risk; check with your doctor if you take blood thinners or are having surgery. Some forms, especially citrate and oxide, can loosen the stools. People with kidney disease should check with a doctor first. Keep it 2 hours apart from some antibiotics and thyroid tablets. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet or any medicine prescribed by your doctor.
