What it is
NATUREBELL VITAMIN D3 5000IU + K2 (MK7) WITH VIRGIN COCONUT OIL is a vitamin D3 and K2 supplement. It also contains MCT or coconut oil.
What it is used for
Vitamin D3 supports calcium absorption, bones, muscles and immune function; vitamin K2 is involved in normal bone health.
How to take it
Take as directed on the label, usually with food and a glass of water. Do not take more than the recommended daily amount.
Cautions
Do not take it if you use warfarin unless your doctor agrees, because vitamin K affects clotting. Start with a small amount, as it can cause stomach upset or diarrhoea. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet or any medicine prescribed by your doctor.
