What it is
NHP VITAMIN D3 10,000 IU X 30 is a vitamin D supplement.
What it is used for
Vitamin D supports calcium absorption, strong bones and teeth, muscle function and the immune system.
How to take it
Take as directed on the label, usually with food and a glass of water. Do not take more than the recommended daily amount.
Cautions
