What it is used for
Vitamin B6 helps the body use energy from food and supports the nervous system and red blood cell formation.
How to take it
Take as directed on the label, usually with food and a glass of water. Do not take more than the recommended daily amount.
Cautions
Do not take high doses for long periods, as too much vitamin B6 can cause numbness or tingling in the hands and feet. It may cause drowsiness; do not drive if affected. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet or any medicine prescribed by your doctor.
