Omega-3 fats (EPA and DHA) support normal heart function, brain and eye health.
How to take it
Take as directed on the label, usually with food and a glass of water. Do not take more than the recommended daily amount.
Cautions
It can cause a fishy aftertaste; taking it with meals helps. Check with your doctor if you take blood thinners or are having surgery. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet or any medicine prescribed by your doctor.
