What it is used for
Probiotics are taken to support a healthy balance of gut bacteria, including during and after antibiotics.
How to take it
Take as directed on the label, usually with food and a glass of water. Do not take more than the recommended daily amount.
Cautions
People with a weakened immune system should check with a doctor first. Mild bloating can occur in the first few days. Give only the dose for your child’s age shown on the pack, and keep it out of reach of children. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet or any medicine prescribed by your doctor.
