Richy Folic Acid / Vit B12 x 10 Tablets is a vitamin B12 supplement. It also contains folic acid (folate).
What it is used for
Vitamin B12 supports normal red blood cell formation, energy and the nervous system. It is often used by vegetarians, older adults and people taking metformin long term.
How to take it
Take as directed on the label, usually with food and a glass of water. Do not take more than the recommended daily amount.
