Seven Seas Pregnancy x 28 Tablets is a vitamin and mineral supplement designed for women who are trying to conceive, pregnant or breastfeeding.
What it is used for
It is taken to top up nutrients that matter before and during pregnancy, such as folic acid, iron, iodine and vitamin D.
How to take it
Take as directed on the label, usually with food and a glass of water. Do not take more than the recommended daily amount.
Cautions
Take only one pregnancy multivitamin at a time and do not add a separate vitamin A supplement. Check with your doctor or midwife which product suits your stage of pregnancy. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet or any medicine prescribed by your doctor.
