SOLARAY ZINC 50MG X 100 CAPSULES is a zinc supplement.
What it is used for
Zinc supports normal immune function, skin, hair and nails, and fertility.
How to take it
Take as directed on the label, usually with food and a glass of water. Do not take more than the recommended daily amount.
Cautions
Take it with food to avoid nausea. Long-term high doses can lower copper levels. Keep it apart from some antibiotics. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet or any medicine prescribed by your doctor. Check with our pharmacist before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medicines or have a medical condition.
