Magnesium supports normal muscle and nerve function, energy and bone health, and helps reduce tiredness.
How to take it
Take as directed on the label, usually with food and a glass of water. Do not take more than the recommended daily amount.
Cautions
Some forms, especially citrate and oxide, can loosen the stools. People with kidney disease should check with a doctor first. Keep it 2 hours apart from some antibiotics and thyroid tablets. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet or any medicine prescribed by your doctor.
