What it is
UPLUFA PLUS X 12 SOFTGELS contains artemether with lumefantrine, an artemisinin-based antimalarial combination, in softgel capsules.
What it is used for
It is used to treat uncomplicated malaria.
How to use it
Take it exactly as prescribed, usually over 3 days. Complete the full course even if you feel better. Take each dose with food or milk, as fat helps the body absorb the medicine.
Cautions
See a doctor urgently if symptoms get worse, or if you vomit a dose, become very drowsy or cannot keep fluids down. Tell our pharmacist about any other medicines you take, and if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
