How to take it
Take as directed on the label, usually with food and a glass of water. Do not take more than the recommended daily amount.
Cautions
It may increase bleeding with blood thinners and may lower blood pressure and blood sugar. Stop taking it and see a doctor if your skin or eyes turn yellow. Not recommended in pregnancy or breastfeeding. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet or any medicine prescribed by your doctor.
