WINSTOWN EVENING PRIMEROSE TEA 50G is a tea sold as evening primrose oil tea.
What it is used for
Evening primrose oil provides gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) and is commonly taken for skin health and menstrual comfort.
How to take it
Brew one tea bag in a cup of freshly boiled water for a few minutes, or as directed on the pack.
Cautions
Slimming, detox and laxative teas often contain senna; do not use them for long periods. Avoid herbal teas in pregnancy unless you know they are safe. Check with your doctor if you have epilepsy or take blood thinners. Not recommended in pregnancy unless advised.
