What it is used for
Cod liver oil provides omega-3 fats (EPA and DHA) plus vitamins A and D, which support heart, brain, joints and bones.
How to take it
Measure the dose shown on the label with the cup or spoon provided, and shake the bottle before use if directed.
Cautions
It contains vitamin A, so pregnant women should not take it unless advised and should not combine it with other vitamin A products. Check with your doctor if you take blood thinners.
